We maintain the original Thai taste and Thai look in the food served at Thai House of Orlando. All the dishes on the menu that have a Thai name 9 and some that don’t) are prepared and served in the tradition way. Unless you specify otherwise, food is served in a particular order according to Thai custom. Sharing of food is encouraged and brings great joy.
Chopsticks and knives are generally not used in Thailand. The left hand uses the backside of the fork to push food into the large spoon, which is held with the right hand. Knives are seen as a symbol of aggression at mealtime and therefore food is prepared bite-size so that a piece of meat and half a spoonful of rice are just a mouthful. However, chopsticks and knives are available upon request.
Our chef is the best! He has the culinary expertise to meet the challenge of not letting the hotness of the chili paste overpower the subtle flavors of lemon grass, lime juice, basil, mist, turmeric root, ginger and coriander. Nothing is prepared a head of time. It is a pleasure serving you.
